Okay so calling it a recipe is a bit over the top, but last night I wanted to try something new so I went to the store with the a fore mentioned dish in mind.

Get:
2 boxes of cornbread mix (the blue ones - require 1 egg and 1/3 cup of milk each)
1 container of pre-made pulled pork with BBQ Sauce
1 package of real bacon bits
1 package of pizza cheese.
1 Onion (Optional)
1 Pepper (optional)

Making:
-Set oven to 400 degrees
- Make cornbread mix
- Grease 8x13 inch cookie sheet with raised sides. (Make sure that there is a good covering because you need the bottom to brown up to a crispy shell in order for the cornbread to hold its form.
- Pour cornbread mix onto sheet and spread out to each corner and place in oven.
- while cornbread is in oven use microwave to heat up pre-made pulled pork adding bacon bits so they warm up as well.
-Cut up onion and pepper.
- When the cornbread is cooked pull out of oven and move rack to top of oven.
- Spread the pulled pork and bacon bits over the top of the cornbread
- Put onion and pepper on top of pulled pork and spread cheese on top.
-Place back into oven until cheese is melted.

It is a delicious and easy to make meal. If I have time at lunch I will post a picture of it. I brought some to work to eat.
