Mothers crying, as children bash their piggy banks to scrap together enough coins to purchase them 10 times their own body weight in an assortment of snickers, Kit-Kats and milk duds. Hospitals gearing up for the impending rush of new diabetic patients brought about by the sheer volume of sugar consumption that takes place every November 1st. Yes my friends. Truly this is the most wonderful time of the year.
